On this fascinating safari, you get to ride on a snowmobile track and follow it through snow-covered nature to a local reindeer farm. Here you are introduced to reindeer husbandry – an important livelihood in Lapland. At the farm, the reindeer herder has carefully selected a group of reindeer trained for sleigh pulling. Enjoy a short trial of a traditional way of travelling through snowy forests. To keep you warm and going, soothing coffee or tea will be served at the farm. After the coffee break, you'll return to the Safari House by snowmobile.

Each snowmobile is shared by two guests taking turns in driving. The driver of the snowmobile has to be at least 18 years of age with a driver’s license valid in Finland. Driving a motorized vehicle under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating drugs is prohibited by the laws of Finland.
Child price entitles children to a seat in a sled pulled by a snowmobile driven by the guide. Children over 140 cm in height are allowed to sit on the snowmobile behind an adult, when paying the adult price. Children under 2 years are not recommended to take part on snowmobile safaris. Snow Games Ltd reserves the right to deny the participation of small children due to safety reasons (e.g. demanding weather or trail conditions).

- Self liability can be reduced to €150 by paying waiver supplement € 20 per safari driver.
- Solo riding possibility. Supplement for solo riding € 50 / person
Please notice that the meeting/pick-up times for the excursion vary depending on the meeting/pick-up point you have chosen, so we kindly ask you to check carefully the correct time from your ticket attached to the confirmation e-mail.
What do I need to bring?
Please take your driving license with you on the snowmobile safari as the police may check the validity of the license during the safari.
Cancellation policy
- 8 days or more before the excursion departure: cancellation fee 25,00 eur
- 7 days or less before the excursion departure or no show: 100% of the value of the Order Confirmation
