The coronavirus pandemic has changed the way we encounter people and have experiences. We are proud of the fact that the unique northern nature that surrounds our locations offers a clean, safe and incomparable environment for our guests to enjoy. In addition to these pure nature experiences, we also want to guarantee the safety of our guests and employees with various measures.


MEASURES TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF CUSTOMERS AND STAFF

ONLINE BOOKINGS

We have made it easy for you to book and the availability is online www.laplandsafaris.com 

24 HOUR FREE CANCELLATION

With us you can cancel even 24 hours before excursion and pay only the office fee 25€ per booking.

HAND SANITIZING

Hand sanitiser is easily accessible for both guests and employees. Hand sanitiser stations are available in key locations in all the public areas.

SAFETY DISTANCE

We keep a safe distance (1–2 metres) from guests and employees and make sure to keep it. We ensure this also by instructing customers with various reminder signs and during service situations.

FACE MASK REQUIREMENT

When safety distance is not possible to keep, all of our employees are using PPE masks. During these situations, f.e. during transfers and safari clothing situations, we also require our guests to use PPE masks. Otherwise we recommend the use of a face mask to our customers when a sufficient safety distance cannot be guaranteed

KORONAVILKKU

We recommend downloading and using the contact tracing application Koronavilkku to stop the spread of COVID 19

PRIVATE SAFARIS

Now majority of our excursions are bookable also privately. Only you, your family and our guide.

CLOTHING DISINFECTING

We always wash the balaclavas, wollen socks and other personal material after each use. In top of that, we now treat all the boots, overalls, helmets and cloves with NOCOSPRAY disinfection after each use.

EQUIPMENT DISINFECTING

We have identified possible risks and planned the most effective ways to minimise them. We disinfect the equipment and clothing after every use.

Rental equipment may also be delivered directly to your accommodation.

EXCLUSIVE WILDERNESS LOCATIONS AND PRIVATE RESTAURANTS

We have enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of all the premises we use, also in our private restaurants. In top of that, we only serve one group at the time and have increased the space between restaurant seating.

HEALTHY GUESTS

We want to secure the health of all our guests and employees, so please do not visit our excursions if you have coronavirus-related symptoms. Our employees are also not allowed to come to work if they show any symptoms. Further information on coronavirus symptoms is available here!
