Cancellation terms:

Total cancellation:

• 72 hours or more before the excursion departure: cancellation fee 25 €

• 71 hours or less before the excursion departure or no show: 100% of the value of the Order Confirmation

In case of private safaris, the following terms will apply:

• More than 14 days prior to the arrival: cancellation fee 100 €

• 14-1 days prior to the arrival or no show: 100% of the total amount.

Changes:

All changes or alterations to be made to the reservation shall be made in writing within office hours in Finland. The requested changes are subject to the written approval of LS.
