Exclusive departures provide personal service, maximum convenience, and flexibility. All you have to do is to choose when you would like to go, and with who!

When you book an exclusive departure, you will also benefit from the local knowledge and experience of your own personal guide! They will share all their personal tips, and expertise so that you can concentrate on making special memories with those that matter most – your family and friends.

What is the price for an exclusive departure?

Price examples:

  • Husky Safari 10 km for 1-10 persons = 2420 €

  • Snowmobile Safari for 2 adults and 2 children (5 y and 7 y): 2h = 914 €

Prices include:

  • We actively compensate all CO2 emissions of our snowmobile safaris. Read more about environmental compensation and our sustainability values at laplandsafaris.com/sustainability.

  • All snowmobile safaris include thermal outfit, guide services in English, each snowmobile shared by two guests taking turns in driving, fuel, traffic insurance (maximum personal liability €980), maintenance and VAT. The rider of a snowmobile has to be at least 18 years of age with a driving licence valid in FINLAND.

Note:

Self liability can be reduced to 150 € by paying waiver supplement 20 € per safari driver.

Solo riding possibility. Cost varies depending on the safari, between:

1–4 h € 50 / person

4– h € 85 / person

How can I book an exclusive departure?

Reservations and inquires for exclusive departures can be made by email or phone, or directly from Lapland Safaris Office. Contact details from the brochures, or from our contact page.

Is there minimum amount of people required?

Yes, minimum amount of participants are two adults.

However, in Husky and Reindeer Safaris price is charged according to 10 adults, even if there are fewer participants.

Are all activities available also exclusively?

Almost all activites are also exclusively available. You will find the assortment by destinations from brochures attached to this page.

Is there other people with my group?

Eg. in husky kennels, reindeer farms, restaurants and Santa Claus office there are most likely other people also

In Reindeer or Husky safaris guides are from the farms and kennels in some cases. Trip to farms and kennels might be non-guided.

Do you have language assistance?

Yes, depending on availability. Exclusive Safaris are guided in English, but upon request and depending on availability, it is possible to get language assistance in Finnish, French, German, Italian or Spanish.

Availability varies between destinations and seasons. Prices for language assistance can be found from the brochures.
