The evening takes a magical turn when mysterious sounds echo from the roof. The elves excitedly lead you to Santa Claus' hidden cabin nearby, where he’s taking a moment to relax during his busy night with Christmas preparations. Starter (buffet): Green salad with herb vinaigrette, potato salad with spruce dressing, cheese selection, cold cuts, salted salmon and horseradish mayonnaise, smoked salmon, whitefish with juniper, roasted beef with mustard sauce, bread selection and butter
Main course (buffet): Reindeer roast with lingonberry sauce, mashed potatoes, roasted root vegetables with herbs
