The trail on this snowmobile safari takes you to the north of Saariselkä to a remote lake. Here you will have a chance to drill a hole through the ice and try out your fishing skills! Later on, you can enjoy a snack by the campfire and have the opportunity to fry the fresh fish you just caught.
Thermal outfit, guidance in English, 2 persons / snowmobile, snack, fuel, traffic insurance (maximum personal liability 980€).

Children over 2 years.
Snowmobiling can be physically demanding and participants may be exposed to different kinds of physical strain, vibration of uneven tracks and the exhaust fumes of the snowmobiles (carbon monoxide). Snowmobile programmes are therefore not suitable for pregnant women.
Each snowmobile is shared by two guests taking turns in driving. The driver of the snowmobile has to be at least 18 years of age with a driver’s license valid in Finland. Driving a motorized vehicle under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating drugs is prohibited by the laws of Finland.
Child price entitles children to a seat in a sled pulled by a snowmobile driven by the guide. Children over 140 cm in height are allowed to sit on the snowmobile behind an adult, when paying the adult price. Note that children under 2 years are not suitable to take part on snowmobile and husky safaris. Lapland Safaris Ltd reserves the right to deny the participation of small children due to safety reasons (e.g. demanding weather or trail conditions).
Ice fishing is a popular hobby among the locals.
This safari is co2 compensated from the snowmobile fuel emission.
Self liability can be reduced to €150 by paying waiver supplement € 20 per safari driver.
Solo riding possibility. Supplement 50 € / person.
This programme includes a snack, so please advise on any special diets or food allergies in advance.
Please take your driving license with you on the snowmobile safari as the police may check the validity of the license during the safari.
